Optionally compare the local Firestore response with the Firebase Emulator Hub's advertised Firestore host and port. The old response format remains unchanged when no hub port is supplied.

Preserve the distinction between a matching, unauthenticated hub advertisement and verified project identity or test readiness. An isolated live emulator reported the same mapping for a different requested project ID.

On supported Node runtimes, run one directly selected test without an extra Node test worker so Windows timeouts can stop it promptly. Give the Windows process-tree termination command more time for named npm scripts; its own detached descendants remain a best-effort limit.
