Add an explicit test-run suite-list observation for trusted Node wrappers that emit a bounded --list JSON manifest. It distinguishes a selected, skipped or absent target from mere script-name presence, and accepts a focused list only when the target is the sole selected entry.

Keep list mode separate from execution-mode selector proof and test-pass evidence. The reference Functions wrapper listed 103 selected and 3 skipped tests, including a retired named script; no test or project migration was run there.
