Add an opt-in test-run npm-script path for TEST-01. It executes one exact named npm script only when the earlier script probe's command, package and script digests still match; direct npm pre/post hooks are rejected, and a post-run package change invalidates the observed exit.

Report the process exit without claiming an individual test was selected or passed. Test output is not returned; timeouts attempt to terminate the child process tree. Service identity, reusable evidence and full CI remain separate.
