Add an explicit direct Node test runner for TEST-01. It checks the current Node selector with a controlled zero/one/multiple fixture, then runs one declared in-project test file with an exact escaped name and event-only output.

Reject zero or multiple matches, skipped or failed tests, timeout and reporter overflow as focused passes. The read-only test-plan commands remain separate; npm wrapper selection, source/environment-bound receipts and final CI remain unverified.
