Add a read-only named npm script probe for TEST-01. It checks an exact test:<failedTestId> script in a project or nested package, rejects unverified forwarded filter arguments, and keeps every test unrun and runner-selection/coverage flags unverified.

Validate package paths, size, UTF-8 and duplicate JSON keys before reporting digests. A real read-only Functions project inspection confirmed an individual script and rejected a filter appended to its whole-suite wrapper; no project files or tests were changed.
