Add explicit task-history previews, retained originals, exact restoration and source-bound recovery. Pending operation records stop incomplete-history reads and task-ID allocation; changed inputs or ambiguous task tables refuse publication. Keep existing owner-lock protection after a process crash and report the required manual lock recovery. No automatic retention, deletion or project rollout is enabled.
