Fix SessionStart hook installation to emit nested typed handlers, recognize existing nested settings, and repair legacy flat hooks without dropping custom handlers/options. Read-only status no longer marks flat hooks as fully installed.

Add real CLI hook regressions and Codex/Claude configuration diagnostics. A valid JSON hook and terminal success do not certify host trust or runtime execution.

Add staged test guidance to Korean/English project templates: failed test, related checks, one final required CI; bounded readiness checks, safe generated-artifact handling, and revision-specific evidence. Correct stale test-tier duration claims; automatic selection and CI skipping remain unimplemented.
